President's Welcome

Welcome to the website of the Phi Alpha Tau fraternity.

Since its foundation in 1902, Tau has continued to endure at Emerson as the oldest professional communications fraternity in the United States. With that longevity comes a rich and lush history of gentlemen from one generation to the next, all of whom have upheld the same ideals that this brotherhood was founded on 107 years ago.

Who are we, you ask? To put it simply, we‘re just a bunch of guys. We‘re guys who wake up every day thinking of how we‘re going to change the world; then we set out to do just that. And we never stop.

Entering the 2009-‘10 year, Tau has many big plans in store. We hope that you have a chance to be a part of them.
